FR. Remove all breakpoints but this

Reported by ovkadu...@gmail.com, Jan 13 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2978.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Now in the Breakpoints area there are options:
* Remove breakpoint
* Remove all breakpoints

It would be useful to have additional option - "Remove all breakpoints but this".
So that a developer can make right click on the particular breakpoint and remove all other but selected.

Some more info.
I really often have the next case. When debugging/finding a root of the issue I go through the code step by step and set breakpoints in some interesting pieces of code.
At some point I find the really what I need. And what I do is removing all the breakpoints and leave the only really useful one.
After finding such a BP, steps described above are repeated multiply times (it depends).
So what options I have.
1) Remove all breakpoints one by one and leave the one I only need. Drawback of this approach is that if there are too many breakpoints that removing them one by one is annoying.
2) Click on the needed breakpoint. Remember its line number. Then use "Remove all breakpoints" option. And go to the Source panel and put a breakpoint in the line it was before. It's quickly but there are too many redundant steps.

Having suggested option will fix those drawbacks.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
