Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. The Fetch doesn't work. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? What is the plan to support Fetch and Stream APIs in Android Chrome. Is there some timeline regarding what parts of these APIs will be available in the future? Did this work before? No Does this work in other browsers?
