Issue descriptionVersion: 57.0.2980.0 6770bab14919fc9abed1d457387824e84cc43602-refs/heads/master@{#443474} (64-bit) OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6, 10.12.1) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, navigate chrome://md-settings/system and drag the Toggle button of 'Use Hardware acceleration when available' twice or thrice. 2. Now press 'Tab' key from keyboard and bring focus highlight on 'Reset' button 'arrow' icon and then press 'Enter' key or 'Space bar' key from keyboard,observe Actual: Reset overlay doesn't get open through 'Enter' and 'Space bar' keys. Expected: Reset overlay should get open through 'Enter' and 'Space bar' keys. This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 57’ and will soon update other info : Good build:57.0.2978.0 Bad build: 57.0.2979.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good build: 57.0.2978.0 (Revision: 442756). Bad build: 57.0.2979.0 (Revision: 443120). You are probably looking for a change made after 442946 (known good), but no later than 442947 (first known bad). I'm no longer working on Chrome, and unlikely to fix any bug I'm currently assigned. So this bug doesn't languish, I'm unassigning myself.
