Issue descriptionChrome Version: 57.0.2980.0 (Official Build)6770bab14919fc9abed1d457387824e84cc43602-refs/heads/master@{#443474} 32/64-bit. OS: Windows(7,8,10), Mac (10.11.6, 10.12.1), Linux (14.04 LTS). What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and sign in to chrome with valid credentials. 2. Navigate to chrome://md-settigs page and click on 'Sync' option under 'People' section. 3. Click on toggle button of 'Sync everything' option such that it's get disabled. 4. Now, hover the mouse pointer under Apps/Autofill/Bookmarks/Extensions sections and observe. On hovering the mouse pointer, unnecessary Arrow pointer appears instead of hand pointer. On hovering the mouse pointer, Hand pointer should be seen instead of arrow pointer. This is a regression issue, broken in M-57 series, below is manual regression range. Good build: 57.0.2978.0 Bad build: 57.0.2979.0 Kindly review the attached screen-cast for reference.

yep, i broke actionability of toggle button labels in sync settings with my checkbox->toggle patch

I'm no longer working on Chrome, and unlikely to fix any bug I'm currently assigned. So this bug doesn't languish, I'm unassigning myself.

The rows are not clickable, on the the toggle is clickable. Therefore the arrow pointer is the correct choice for now. |
