Regression:unwanted space is displaying in the clear browsing history overlay.

Chrome Version: 57.0.2979.0 dev
OS:ubuntu 14.04


Steps to reproduce:
(1)Launch chrome and login with valid credentials and wait till it sync.
(2)Navigate to the chrome://history and click on clear browsing data
(3)observe the overlay.

Expected Result:Unwanted space should not display in the overlay.
Actual Result:instead, unwanted space is displaying in overlay

This is regression issue broken in M-57.

Issue is reproducible on the latest canary(57.0.2979.0) of Mac OS 10.12.2 as well.
