At pweromg off, audio is heard from internal speaker while HDMI connection is active

Project Member Reported by monachow@google.com, Jan 12 2017

Issue description

M	ChromeOS	Chrome	ARC	Type	Channel
57	9173.0.0	57.0.2978.0	3629512	release	dev
Device: Sentry PVT

SUMMARY:
HDMI is plugged. Ensure audio setting in uber tray menu is showing HDMI is active. Press power button to power off chrome device. Hear audio from internal (on-board) output speaker right before the device is completely powered down. So far this issue only happens on Sentry device among of samus, quawks and daisy.

STEPS:
1. HDMI cable is plugged to a Sentry device.
2. Ensure audio setting in uber tray menu is showing HDMI is active.
3. Play some kind of music. I played music from youtube.com
4. While music is playing, press power button to power off the device.

RESULTS:
unexpected: Heard the playing music from internal speaker right before the device is completely powering down.
expected: It should not hear music from internal speaker since active audio output is HDMI.

Additional notes:
The issue did not happen on samus, quawks and daisy.

Not sure if gernerate_logs can help. But provide it any way. The generate_logs is generated after the device is power up. Here is the link to the log.
