3] Description of Label: For use grouping issues for the effort to measure and improve chromium commit queue reliability and performance (see go/better-cq)

4] Please specify what triage practices will be followed for the label: katthomas will Triage bugs for this label monthly

This would probably make sense as a Hotlist-Infra-<Foo> label.

Due to the way auto-complete works we avoid using hyphens to express anything other than hierarchy.  To do word separation we use CamelCase.

How about Hotlist-Infra-CQReliability?

Oh I see. How does the Hotlist- label relate to the Hotlist feature Joanna is working on?

Apologies for the delay (I was anticipating Hotlists being available in Monorail and it took a little longer than expected).

We are no longer adding Hotlist-* labels.  Please use the Hotlist functionality that's built into Monorail (you can create them under "Profile").
