Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.95 Safari/537.36 Platform: 8872.76.0 (Official Build) stable-channel panther Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Start Chrome OS 55.0.2883.105 2. Try to use USB Touch Device (HID) 3. Not working What is the expected behavior? USB Touch Device (running with Chrome 53.X) is working without any problems What went wrong? USB Touch Device is not recognized by Chromebox, but is working after hard reboot (manual Power Cut -> un- and replug power cable), but not working after clean shutdown and restart or clean restart. Only working after un- and replug the USB Cable of the Touch Device (HID) while Chrome OS is up and running. Did this work before? Yes 53.X Chrome version: 55.0.2883.105 Channel: stable OS Version: 55.0.2883.105 Flash Version: Only working (but kind of buggy anyway regarding reaction time of touch events) after a hard restart (unplug power cable during running chrome os and - and replug power cable for instant restart).
