What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Start a webex meeting using the installed client
(2) Connect to the meeting using the chrome web client

What is the expected result? Smooth video

What happens instead? Distorted video with very low frame rate. 

This is a regression from current Chrome stable (55), I also did not see this problem using the same setup last week.
