Feature request. Decode HTML/JSON in HTTP response

Reported by ovkadu...@gmail.com, Jan 12 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2978.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
In the Network tab inspecting particular request there is the ability to click on the Preview tab.
It would be cool to have additional button in there that decode encoded HTML/JSON.

How I workaround it right now.
When I face encoded HTML/JSON in the response, I copy the whole response body message, then go to the Console and run the code as follows:
$("<div></div>").html("copied_response_here").text()

It works but it't pretty annoying.

And just to be clear. I'm talking about special characters like "<". So instead symbol like this "&#x26;lt;" I would like to see regular "<".

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?

* "&#x26;lt;" in the previous comment should be "&lt;"

Response preview tab already does that.
