The Print Preview fails to load

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; rv:50.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/50.0 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. fresh install windows 10 insider preview 2. fresh install Chrome from the chrome website 3. try to print anything What is the expected behavior? the preview for the docs to be printed must be shown What went wrong? the preview doesn't load even after hours. It just says that it is "Loading Preview..." Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? Yes Chrome 55 Does this work in other browsers? No Vivaldi 1.6, Firefox 50.1.0 Chrome version: <Copy from: 'about:version'> Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: VLC media player Web Plugin

A few questions to help figure out what might be going on: 1. What version of Chrome are you using? It should be in chrome://version. 2. You say this worked before with some version of Chrome 55. Did this old version of Chrome work after following the exact same steps, i.e. installing the same Windows 10 insider preview build? Or were you running an older Windows build the last time Chrome print preview worked? 3. You say this does not work in other browsers and list Firefox and Vivaldi. Do you mean that print preview is currently not working in those browsers either? Or do you mean that print preview is still working in those browsers? 4. What happens if you try to open a PDF file in Chrome? Are you able to view the PDF?

This is happening to us on multiple PC's running 55.0.2883.87 (Official Build) m (32-bit) on Windows 10 Ver 1607 and 1511. PDf's downloading from ERP system as well as PDF's opened from other sites. Print preview will work for awhile then will hang "Loading". Most of the time closing and reopening Chrome will solve the issue. Sometimes a complete restart of the system is needed. This has been happening on and off for months, even after Chrome updates.
