Issue descriptionApp Version: 56.0.2924.59 dev iOS Version: 9.3.5, iOS 10 Device: iPad Mini,iPad Air2 Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch chrome in landscape mode. 2. Tap on Menu > Settings > sign in to chrome/Add account > Tap on user name 3. Send the application to background in sign in screen. 4. Launch safari or any other app. 5. Launch chrome in multitasking mode. 6. Scroll the screen and Relaunch chrome in normal mode. 7. Dismiss the keyboard. Observed results: Grey patch is displayed above the screen. Expected results: Grey patch should not be displayed. Other Google Apps (Google+, Maps, Google Search App) are using SafariViewController to add account. I find Google Drive app is still using the same login flow as Chrome, but the issue is not reproduced with Google Drive Sign in screen. After step6/7, Sign in screen is Displayed correctly. No patch as seen in Chrome.
