Chrome DevTools (network tab->all) after reload you can see loading of sound files

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Load page http://1c.sadok.net.ua/test.html 2. Open Chrome DevTools (neteork tab->all) 3. Press F5 to refrach page 4. Watch result of reloading files What is the expected behavior? You have to see all files whose have been reloaded What went wrong? You can see only randomly sound files those have been reloaded but not all Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.3 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0 You can fix this problem only by opening new tab, or go to previous page and after thet back to your page.

Hello, add screen captured video from Chrome Dev tool with test page. Wav files load randomly 19-20 -cached by event CanPlayThrougth, but the Dev tools show us only randomly some of them, extremly NOT ALL.

Also i noticed that you used "disable cache" option while reloading page, try do not use it.

Hi, by using vesion 55.0.2883.87 m (64-bit) the bug can be reproduced. Just turn off disable cache option, because this bug can be caused by Chrome cache architecture.

It's not only sound files but javascript files also (probably all files?). Seems to happen only when you allow cached resources (loaded from disk) and *don't* disable cache in dev tools. It shows randomly selected files loaded from disk but not all.
