OS: Windows (7,8,10), Mac (10.11.6, 10.12.1), Linux (14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome and go to chrome://bluetooth-internals.
2) Resize the window from right to left such that 'Menu' button appears on the left side.
3) Press Tab key (focus is on 'Menu' button) and then press Space key.
4) Now press Esc key from keyboard and observe.

On pressing Esc key, Bluetooth internals menu does not close.

On pressing Esc key, Bluetooth internals menu should close.

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-57 series (Chrome version: 57.0.2947.0)

Note: Prior to # 57.0.2947.0, Menu button was not available.
