Can tabs be more specific when indicating microphone / camera recording. |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: current OS: All desktop What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Go to: https://permission.site/ (2) Click on microphone / camera button (3) Tab indicator flashes to indicating recording (4) Hover over the tab to see the tooltip. What is the expected result? Could Chrome be more specific and say 'This site is using your camera' or 'This site is using your microphone' when only one media is capturing. What happens instead? Text is non specific 'This site is using your camera or microphone' Here's the relevant code section: https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/chrome/browser/ui/tabs/tab_utils.cc?q=tabalertstate&sq=package:chromium&dr=CSs&l=149

Looks like an easy change to make though should really go to whomever owns that UI in Chrome. As pkasting@ points out in #1 this should probably be handled in parallel with bug 617430

Re-assigning to +raymes who was working on media permissions and splitting multiple permissions
