Login page is loading very slowly

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:45.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/45.0 Example URL: https://watson.analytics.ibmcloud.com/login?loginIdpName=blueid-prod Steps to reproduce the problem: We are seeing the slowness while loading the login page. When we try the below URL in the chrome version 56.0.2924.51 beta (64-bit)it takes lot of time to load the complete login page. Please help in fixing this immediately. URL - https://watson.analytics.ibmcloud.com/login?loginIdpName=blueid-prod What is the expected behavior? Slowness in loading the login page but this works fine in all other browsers. What went wrong? Don't know Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? Yes chrome 55.0.2883.87 m Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: Chrome Version 56.0.2924.51 beta (64-bit) Channel: beta OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0 This issue is only with chrome beta version 56

Do you have sufficient leverage to ensure Chrome version 56 is not released to general public before the problem is fixed? Otherwise this could be quite bad for IBM.

Tested this issue on Win-10, Mac 10.12.2 and Ubuntu 14.04 using the chrome reported version #56.0.2924.51 and latest canary #57.0.2982.0. Observed that it took a lot of time to load the page. Attached a screencast for reference. Tried bisecting it further to get good and bad builds but loading the page at chrome version #56.0.2884.0, the page was declared as not secure(as in the screenshot attached). Hence, could not proceed further. ishwarcs015@ - Could you please provide any alternate link to test this issue? Thanks...!!

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 using chrome reported version #56.0.2924.51 and latest canary #57.0.2983.0. This issue is not reproducible in Mac and Linux.
