[Missing Tests]: [mac] Disable usage of full size content view

tapted@, Automated tests for the below commit have been missing and would be really great to add them ASAP since these issues are high priority regressions.

The regressions are not fixed yet:  Issue 665787 ,  Issue 667698  and  Issue 668026  need to be resolved. We instead just disabled the feature ( Issue 666415 ), and it is yet to be re-enabled - that's  Issue 605219 , which is pri-3 and I'm not currently working on re-enabling it.

I expect automated testing those regressions will be very difficult, since they deal directly with user-interaction and layout/appearance.
