What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://md-settings/appearance
2. Now click on toggle button of 'Show home button' to enable it.
3. Now go to 'Other' radio button and enter any long text and click any where on page,observe toggle button

Actual: Toggle button is misplaced after entering any long text in 'Other' text field 
Expected: Toggle button should be seen properly.  

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-57 series as 'Toggle buttons' in 'Show home button' appears from build # 57.0.2979.0
