Rename VideoFacingMode enum in WebMediaStreamTrack

WebMediaStreamTrack applies to non-video tracks, VideoFacingMode in the spec (https://www.w3.org/TR/mediacapture-streams/#def-constraint-facingMode) is not inclusive enough. We might have microphone orientation, etc.

Also consider to add "unknown" to the enum since audio does not have facing.

If facing mode is going to have meaning for non-video tracks, the spec has to change. Please open a spec bug.

Not specifying facing mode (ie facing mode = null) is equivalent to "unknown".

Closing as "wontfix" for Chromium at this time. Feel free to reopen after a spec change has been accepted.

(I don't think it's a good idea to change the spec this way, but that's a discussion for another forum.)
