user-scalable=no is not respected in dailymotion.com in desktop verison

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open dailymotion.com on android
(2) Request desktop site
(3) Try to zoom the page

What is the expected result?
Page should not zoom as user-scalable=no is specified in meta tag

What happens instead?
Page zooms even if user-scalable=no is specified in meta tag

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
Working as intended, viewport tag is not parsed to simulate desktop Chrome behavior.  (Likewise you can still pinch zoom on desktop Chrome on dailymotion.com.)
