WebglConformance_conformance2_textures_image_tex_3d_rg8ui_rg_integer_unsigned_byte failing on Linux Release (NVIDIA GeForce 730)

Project Member Reported by kbr@chromium.org, Jan 12 2017

Issue description

fjhenigman reported in https://bugs.chromium.org/p/angleproject/issues/detail?id=1700 :

First failure:
https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.gpu.fyi/builders/Linux%20Release%20%28NVIDIA%20GeForce%20730%29/builds/4089

Each subsequent build (5 so far) is the same.
Not seeing this on other bots.

The blamelist includes this commit:
https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/34c8bceb1fa68ba346de95f669965ee65239ef60

which redistributed the shards for the WebGL 2.0 conformance tests.

It's possible there's a bug which is only exposed on this machine with the new test ordering. (Dirk, Ned, this is the reason we need the post-shard test filtering in this harness -- to be able to reproduce test ordering bugs like this locally.)

It seems really unlikely, because the bot with NVIDIA GeForce GT 610 is working fine:
https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.gpu.fyi/builders/Linux%20Release%20%28NVIDIA%29

I think we should just add a suppression for this one failure and move on, since it won't be reproducible on any of our workstations. Mo, may I ask you to suppress this one test on this one machine?

I already suppressed this failure.

Comment 5 by kbr@chromium.org, Jan 12 2017

Could you duplicate this bug into the other one then? Thanks.

Comment 6 by zmo@chromium.org, Jan 12 2017

I duplicated the other one (680282) into this one already
