Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open a few hundred tabs to various webpages in chrome (enough that when you close chrome and reopen it, it takes a few dozen seconds for the tab count to show up (as ":D") 2. Close chrome 3. Open chrome 4. Before the tab count loads, click on the tab switching square, watch the tabs show up in the list one by one 5. Click the tab switching square again to close the list 6. After the tab count loads, click the tab switching square, and note the location of the current tab in the list What is the expected behavior? The current tab should be the last one in the list, i.e., should be in the same place it was when you previously closed chrome What went wrong? The current tab is after whatever tab was most recently loaded when you closed the tab-switching list Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 55.0.2883.91 Channel: stable OS Version: Flash Version:
