MD Settings/Site Settings: hard to quickly delete entire origin's site data (mainly cookies)

Project Member Reported by nasko@chromium.org, Jan 11 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version: 57.0.2970.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
OS: Linux

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Navigate to chrome://settings/content/cookies
(2) Try to clear cookies from multiple sites, but not all cookies

What is the expected result?
With the old UI, I could very quickly click on a bunch of X buttons and very efficiently clear a lot of origins' cookies.

What happens instead?
With the material design UI, I have to click every origin, make a transition to a new page, click the X to delete all cookies, click back arrow. This is very very cumbersome workflow for selectively deleting HTML5 storage.

so I think we talked in person about adding a trashcan icon to delete a domain's site data (without confirmation, just like old UI)

I think we should also leave the "REMOVE ALL" button on a domain subpage, because it's still useful there.

nasko@: does that address your use case? ultimately, most of the folks working on settings (PM/UX/eng) are advanced content settings users so we have to depend on you and others to provide majority use cases that we optimize.

we are, however, unlikely to port all of the inline editing and spend a TON of time optimizing this path because it simply doesn't get much usage.

Yes, adding a trashcan icon on the line of the origin will be great. It allows deleting all origin storage without having to navigate between pages, which is a lot more efficient when deleting multiple origins.
