Chromium Browser Sync options never show up. Cannot sign to Google account from Chromium

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2977.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. go to chrome://settings 2. > Sign in to Chromium 3. enter Google Account credentials 4. ... 5. No message. Nothing changes. Nothing! What is the expected behavior? See options to sync Browser bookmark, ... What went wrong? I don't know. Do I need to build Chromium with appropriate Google API keys? If so which ones? Did this work before? Adding sign in, sounds like something goes wrong before even reaching sync.

Can you please provide screenshots of the entire sign-in flow, and of chrome://signin-internals?
