Chrome Version       : M55

There has been a spike in feedback reports for #issue>WebContent>Performance>LoadsAboutBlankPage. View from Pulse dashboard https://goto.google.com/iirib

Users report that they are being redirected to about:blank page constantly. "When I click on the gmail link on google.com I get a blank page with about:blank in the URL"

"Can not open gmail. Can not go to mail thru google.com. Can go to other sites. when attempting to access mail, I get About:blank. I can access mail by signing out of chrome and browsing as a guest."

There were 3 reports of this issue on 1/8 and it has spiked to 89 on 1/10.
