Issue descriptionVersion: 57.0.2978.0 e2867aed46b3f00f3735d310144d6ef638f8be1a-refs/heads/master@{#442756} (64-bit) OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6, 10.12.1) Pre condition : Enable Material Design in the rest of the browser's native UI flag in chrome://flags URL : https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/lastpass-free-password-ma/hdokiejnpimakedhajhdlcegeplioahd?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, navigate to above url and click on 'Add to chrome' button and observe blue focus highlight on 'Cancel' button. Actual: Blue focus highlight appears faint Expected: Blue focus highlight should be seen properly This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 57’ and will soon update other info : Good build:57.0.2938.0 Bad build: 57.0.2939.0

The 'actual' above is the correct behaviour when --secondary-ui-md is enabled i.e. chrome://flags/#secondary-ui-md . I still get `expected` in 57.0.2979.0 canary when that flag is disabled. |
