Regression:Contents of 'Saved Passwords' appear to be shifted towards R.H.S in chrome://md-settings

Issue description

Chrome Version : 57.0.2978.0 e2867aed46b3f00f3735d310144d6ef638f8be1a-refs/heads/master@{#442756} 32/64 bit
OS : Mac(10.12.1, 10.11.6, 10.12), Windows(7,8,10)

Pre-condition:Save at least 3-4 password entries.  

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate tochrome://md-settings/passwords
(2)Click on Back arrow and again on 'Manage Passwords'
(3)Observe contents under 'Saved Passwords'.

Actual:Contents of 'Saved Passwords' appear to be shifted towards R.H.S

Expected:contents of 'Saved Passwords' should be seen properly and not shifted.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-57,will soon update other info.

Good build:57.0.2977.0
Bad build:57.0.2978.0

You are probably looking for a change made after 442499 (known good), but no later than 442500 (first known bad).
