Regression: Unnecessary 'Clear browsing data'overlay get enlarge.

Chrome Version:57.0.2978.0 (Official Build) e2867aed46b3f00f3735d310144d6ef638f8be1a-refs/heads/master@{#442756}
OS:Window(7,8,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome,sign in with valid credential and chrome://md-settings/clearBrowserData
2. Observe.

Actual:Unnecessary Clear browsing data overlay get enlarge.
Expected: 'Clear browsing data' overlay should be proper.

This is regression issue, broken in 'M 57' and below is manual bisect info

Good build:57.0.2977.0
Bad build:57.0.2978.0

Note: Will soon update other info.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 57.0.2977.0 (Revision: 442447).
Bad build: 57.0.2978.0 (Revision: 442756).

You are probably looking for a change made after 442648 (known good), but no later than 442649 (first known bad).
