The CL has been reverted. I investigate what caused the regression.

Tested the issue on windows 7, Mac 10.12.2, Linux Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome version-57.0.2979.0 & Windows clang build#57.0.2979.2 with the steps mentioned in comment #0.

Observed Page number tool tip displayed properly in print preview screen.
