The HelpApp holds articles/files accessed via ChromeOS, especially during login or offline, that are not available as a part of the newer Get Help app (articles such as "Diagnostic and usage data" found at the online Help Center at https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/183078 or in gKMS at https://gkms.corp.google.com/Client.html#EDIoWEB_183078 or Redwood at https://redwood.corp.google.com/#/id/183078.  However, the legacy HelpApp was built into the Get Help app, so a Get Help .PY file determines which HelpApp articles are made available offline, content baked into ChromeOS.

Some HelpApp content has been merged into other articles and some is simply deprecated.
