Export a hash of the GN configuration on builds

Findit could use this in the migration to luci lite so that named caches could be leveraged to reuse artifacts of previous compiles on the same bot (even across different build configurations).

Do you mean the hash of the gn.args file? If so I don't know how this could be surfaced in a way that could be easily usable.
