Flexbox vertical center doesn't remain centered on resize

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.95 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open file in browser 2. Resize browser vertically What is the expected behavior? The word "Right" should stay vertically centered What went wrong? The word "right" keeps scrolling down, even if making browser smaller, and only smaller. Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? It happens with div#app div#content with both `min-height` `padding-top` and any combination of them

Able to reproduce this issue on Mac OS 10.12 using chrome latest stable M55-55.0.2883.95 by following steps mentioned in the original comment. Observed the word 'right' keeps on scrolling after the resizing the browser small. Tested this issue on chrome previous version of M35-35.0.1849.0 and observed the word 'right' is at the top instead of middle. This is a non-regression issue, hence marking it as untriaged. Thanks!

Yes, Flexbox was supported unprefixed in Chrome 29 and later. Prefixed for much longer. http://caniuse.com/#feat=flexbox (click "show all").
