Configuration file for Snippets Editor in Developer Tools (bug / feature request)

Issue description
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce the problem:
- When formatting js code, everything is mashed together, having at least one space between code would be great.
* 1st scenario, if 2 or more spaces, then replace them with 1 space
* 2nd scenario, if 1 space, then leave as is
* 3rd scenario, if no spaces, then leave as is
- comments drop on the second line.. That's never a good idea
Because of bias and subjectivity, a configuration file for the snippets editor would be great. Then every person can configure whatever the fuck they want (see sublime).
Bonus request for 50 points:
- allow including other snippets into one snippet
thank you

edit: by `space` I mean a `line`, like a return line. Sorry for the confusion.

Are we talking about indentation here? The devTools editor could be set to use different indentation, check out DevTools settings. Regarding the snippets, we don't have any plans to support snippet requring. For this you might want to check out the "Workspaces" DevTools feature. Hope this helps. |
