custom passphrase dialog on android does not accept enter key from attached keyboard

Issue description

Chrome Version: Chrome Beta 56.0.2924.51
OS: Android 6.0.1; Pixel C Build/MXC89K with an attached keyboard

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Log into Chrome Sync with an account with custom passphrase
(2) Wait for the custom passphrase notification
(3) Click on custom passphrase notification
(4) Type custom passphrase into dialog and push enter key

What is the expected result?

Passphrase is accepted and dialog closes.

What happens instead?

Nothing happens and you have to lift your hand from the keyboard and tap "Submit".
