Issue descriptionThere are test results in BQ but no corresponding TestFile entry. There are a few other examples of this around. Another BQ import run should clear this up.

The problem was that there were too many subtest results. Truncating subtest results to 50 and running another import solved the issue. https://wptdashboard.appspot.com/t/dom/historical.html
