Mac Cursor option is missing from ChromeVox Options

Version: 57.0.2970.0
Reproduction Steps: 
1. Enable ChromeVox Next
2. SEARCH+O+O for cvox2 options
3. Change cursor options from PC > Mac

Observed: No option and left/right cursor defaults to reporting character that is to the right

Expected: Default to report character cursor goes over like in Mac

Status: wontfix (was: Untriaged)
This isn't a Mac. From our experience, this option causes lots of confusion. See Docs, word nav, non editable nav.
