overflow:auto breaks flexbox layout

Reported by tomalec...@gmail.com, Jan 10 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
http://jsbin.com/xumucot/edit?html,output
1. Create a container with `display:flex;`,
2. add two children, each `flex:1; overflwo:auto;`,
3. and one that is wider that 50% of parent.

What is the expected behavior?
Flexbox container's height should be equal to children height.

What went wrong?
Flexbox container is higher than children by scrollbar height (even though scrollbar is within child node)

Did this work before? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

IE, Edge, Firefox works fine.

Canary also fails
