I tested these on my Mac AMD Retina, and both passed. They are still marked at fail in the webgl2_conformance_expectations.py However, when I look at GPU FYI AMD bots, these tests are simply "passed", not "expected to fail, but passed". Actually there is not a single instance of "expected to fail, but passed". Ken, do you know if we did some refactoring and lose that feature? so now, if a test is marked as fail, we simply pass the test and say "passed"?

I created a separate bug for test harness issues. Blocked by that new bug.
