On what GPU do these tests fail? They passed in the WebGL 2.0.0 snapshot of the conformance tests. Please provide about:gpu information. Thanks.

These two tests can pass on Mac Intel 12.2. But they fail on Mac Nvidia/AMD according to the trybots. I have updated the WebGL 2 CTS expectations at https://codereview.chromium.org/2645723004/.
