Add ability to edit file metadata in QuickView

Issue description

As requested by some users at https://plus.google.com/+FrancoisBeaufort/posts/1jy2pPpNvw3, it would be nice if we could edit file metadata in QuickView.

Wow - I second that. It would be a great help for me on my chromebook. Right now I have to startup my slow PC and use Mp3Tag app to edit mp3 data.

Also (I'm on the Stable channel, 55.0.2883.105 (64-bit) ) some picture files don't show pixel info in QuickView when I have used Chrome OS Picture Viewer to resize the image.
