Typescript/Javascript Template Literals Break Sources View (Dev Console).

Reported by josh.sa...@gmail.com, Jan 10 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version : 55.0.2883.87 m
URLs (if applicable) : NA
Other browsers tested: NA
Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari: NA
    Firefox: NA
         IE: NA

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Generate JS from a Typescript file, with mappings.
(2) Include a template literal (e.g. `hello ${world}`)
(3) Notice that the source viewer identifies everyting after the literal in the TS map as a string. Breaking color coding and mouse over.

What is the expected result?
Template strings/literal `` should behave like normal strings '' or ""

What happens instead?
Source viewer fails to identify the end of the literal - breaking color coding and mouse over.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
