Steps to reproduce the problem:
Please add the next option: ability to select download bar side [bottom, left , right , top, dropdown menu].

What is the expected behavior?
Ability to select  download bar side

What went wrong?
Download bar always bottom

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: Debian 8.2
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Thank you for the feature request. Unfortunately, this UI element requires a tremendous amount of heavy lifting in order to get correct and make sure it isn't spoofable. Moving it to other parts of the screen is not a feature request we have ever received before and the amount of work required is prohibitively high. Unfortunately, I have to close this as won't fix since it simply isn't feasible.
