Steps to reproduce the problem:

1) Open browser and go to news.google.com
2) click on menu on the right side of search button.
3) Select "Refresh" in the menu

What is the expected behavior?
The position of refresh cicrle should be at the centre and of proper size.

What went wrong?
Quarter refresh circle is seen
