app Icon display abnormal

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2975.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. app Icon display  abnormal
2. 
3. 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
app Icon display abnormal ,look at picture 1 , and app Icon display normal like this ,look at picture 2 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 57.0.2975.0  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.3
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Tested the issue on Latest Canary# 57.0.2980.0 on Windows 7 & 10 and could not reproduce the issue.
Could you please re-check the issue on latest version mentioned and provide us the update.

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 7, mac 10.12.2 & Linux Ubuntu 14.04 with chrome latest Canary version#58.0.2992.0 & reported version#57.0.2975.0.

Please find the attached screncast & screenshot of the reported version.

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 8 using latest Canary-60.0.3073.0 as per the below steps :
1.Changed chrome language to 'Chinese'
2.Restarted chrome
3.Navigate to 'Webstore'
4.Add any app
5.Observe all the app icons are displayed properly

Pleaase find the attached screencast for reference.Could you please check and let us know your observations on the same.
