Issue descriptionVersion 54.0.2840.100 (64-bit) OS: Ubuntu 14.04 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Select some text (2) Drag it (3) Hover your cursor over a link What is the expected result? A hand cursor should be used What happens instead? The regular left pointer is used This issue is seen on at least Linux. I haven't tested Windows, but I'm suspecting this to be a blink issue, so adding Windows OS until someone can test. Mac doesn't have text-dragging so this issue won't be present
