Use GetProfileName() for error logs

Why create this bug at all? The original bug is marked as fixed. It should currently be available in new builds for Chromium and will be in Canary and Dev channels soon for testing.

Hi,

My bad, I actually intended to expand the existing issue with another
patchset covering usage of GetProfileName() in other files as well. Please
close this issue. I'll ask mcasas if this existing issue could be reopened
to cover the new patch set, or maybe creating a new issue expanding on the
original bug.
