Steps to reproduce the problem:
Precondition : 
               Email should be registered in LG Email app
1. Open any email. 

2. In the mail body Press text to highlight it and observe 'Copy/Share' UI appearance
3. Use cursor to expand text selection.
4. Observe Copy/Share UI does NOT appear after selection is expanded.

What is the expected behavior?
Copy/Share UI should show after expanding text selection every time.

What went wrong?
Observe Copy/Share UI does NOT appear after selection is expanded. 
               If text selection is altered again, Copy/Share UI shows.

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Tested on Target LG-K580(MOS) and LG H840(MOS).
Issue is always happening with Chromium version 50.x to 55.x for the above devices.

Tested on Target LG-H820PR(NOS) and LG-H870DS(NOS)
Issue is not at all happening with Chromium version 50.x ,52.x , 54.x and 55.x on above devices.
