Chrome won't onpen any page

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:50.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/50.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Surf the web

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Chrome crashed.
After restart it all tabs are crashing.

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: <Copy from: 'about:version'>  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: VLC media player Web Plugin

@likwifi -- Thank You for the report.
Could you please provide us the Chrome Version you are using and also if possible provide us the Crash report by navigating to chrome://crashes.

If Chrome is not at all launching properly, uninstall Chrome, remove all the App Data and do a fresh install and let us know whether the problem still occurs.

Hi I'm using Chrome Version 55.0.2883.87 m (64-bit)
Also browser starts to work normally after killing all chrome processes and launching again.

Sounds like the browser got into a weird state if it was fixed by killing all chrome processes.

Rune, is this affected by your changes?

I doubt it. This is Chrome 55, and StyleResolver::appendAuthorStyleSheets and StyleResolver::appendCSSStyleSheet are gone on master, but I don't know if of my changes should fix or cause this issue.
