Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Using jstz.js library try to fetch the time zone name 2. eg. var timezone = js.determine() (function of jstz.js library) 3. alert(timezone.name()) What is the expected behavior? should alert Asia/Kolkata (consistent value should be displayed for same timezone name, across different versions of Chrome. What went wrong? earlier versions of Chrome displays the timezone value as Asia/Kolkata whereas the present version displays the value as Asia/Calcutta Did this work before? No Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87 m (64-bit) Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

I can't find any earlier version of Chrome which displays Asia/Kolkata (if you can provide a specific version, please let me know). Chrome 49 or 50 first added support for Kolkata (which has replaced Calcutta) but we still seem to prefer 'Calcutta' to 'Kolkata' instead of the other way around. So this is a dupe of issue 580195
