Regression: Weird wifi icon is seen in Connect to network overlay

Issue description

Chrome Version: 57.0.2975.0/9164.0.0 dev-channel Quawks, Butterfly
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Recover OS via USB>> go to Connect to network overlay in Startup screen>> and observe wifi icon

Expected: Weird wifi icon should not be seen (Refer screenshot)
Actual: Instead weird wifi icon is seen (Refer screenshot)

This is a Regression issue as issue not seen in M57: 57.0.2970.0/9154.0.0 dev-channel Quawks

Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows

Could you clarify what "weird" mans. It is not at all clear to me what problem you are seeing here.

Also, this does not appear to be a release blocker or even a P1.

Please find the expected and actual screenshots clearly, Wifi icon in the expected screenshot clearly shows the curved lines, but in actual screenshot everything looks dark.That's what the problem happening there.

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
The lines between levels are not in the vector icons by design. This is working as intended.
